Triple diaphragm construction and unique hydraulic oil system of our compressor design offers these important features:

• Triple Diaphragm Construction - Isolates process gas from hydraulic oil. This ensures no contamination to the compressed gases, so product purity is maintained.
• Compatible Materials of Construction - All process-wetted components are constructed from corrosion-resistant material to prevent any contamination to the process gas.
• Filters and Oil Removal Systems Are Not Necessary - Hydraulic oil cannot migrate into the process gas.
• Extended Diaphragm Life - Advanced cavity contour design and unique proprietary manufacturing process reduces diaphragm stresses and prolongs fatigue life. Increasing diaphragm life extends maintenance intervals.
• Automatic Positive Priming - Minimizes knocks, Cavitation, and vibrations, resulting in smooth start-up and operation.
