PDC Machines is located in Warminster, Pennsylvania, which is about one hour's drive from Philadelphia airport.

PDC's principal engineering, manufacturing and assembly facility is located in two large cinder block buildings. 35,000 sq. ft. and 31 ft. tall. To accommodate its growth, PDC also has an additional assembly area PDC North (15,000 sq. ft.), which is in the same industrial park.

We offer a wide range of processing systems from simple stand-alone lab scale units to complex, turnkey integrated chemical process systems. Our products include:

• Pilot Plants - for catalyst evaluation, polymerization, hydrogenation, adsorption, de-volitization, etc
• Pressure Vessels - in capacities ranging from 1 cc to 500 gallon (2 m³), at pressures from vacuum to 150,000 psi (10,300 bar)
• Stirred Reactors - pressure vessels as above plus agitation with static torque from 6 to 2,000 in. lb. (226 Nm) static torque and agitator speeds up to 5,000 rpm. (We also offer glass reactors with 0.5 to 5.0 liter capacities)
• Catalyst Injection Metering Syringe Pumps - with flow rates from 0.1 ul/hr to 400 ml/hr, at discharge pressures of up to 60,000 psi (4,100 bar)
• Metallic Diaphragm Compressors - featuring contamination-free, explosive-proof operation, design pressures up to 60,000 psi (4,100 bar), and 1 to 250 hp for a wide range of flow rates

PDC's modern manufacturing facility is streamlined and efficient to keep manufacturing costs down. Several computerized, numerically controlled machining centers easily perform the most complicated machining operations. Computer-aided manufacturing optimizes tool selection, cutting paths, and loading/unloading of programs into the machining centers.

By manufacturing and assembling all critical items in our own facility, PDC avoids "mark-ups" charged by outside vendors and passes the savings on to our customers.

Quality Control is an overriding and ever-present consideration at PDC. We conduct intensive incoming, in-process, and final inspections. PDC uses MIL-STD-105 for checking and controlling items produced in large quantities. Our facility is certified to Section VIII - Division 1 of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, the National Electric Code, MIL-I-45208, and Rockwell International Specifications. Your equipment will be fabricated to conform with your company's design requirements.
