Transfilling Helium

This compressor is used for cascade filling of helium cylinders. It also fills helium, argon,and nitrogen cylinders to 6000 psig and provides automatic, unattended top up of storage tubes.

Float glass compressor

Two compressors mounted on a common skid for use in float glass operations in Turkey. Scope includes a local PLC Interfaced with master controls and two closed loop water cooling systems. The skid complies with European specifications.

Hydrogen compressor for bio fuel research

Pdc has supplied 6 single-stage PDC-3-6000 for nitrogen, air, hydrogen, helium, carbon monoxide compressors to a chemcial company in latin America. These compressors are completely instrumented and controlled by a PLC. Boosting pressures from 20 bar to 200 bar with a flow rate of 3 nm3/hr.

Metallic Diaphragm Compressor

A manufacturer of high purity hydrogen generator contracted PDC to supply several hydrogen single-stage PDC-4-2500 compressors. Boosting pressure from 200 psi to 2300 psi with a flow rate of 12 Nm3/hr. These compressors are fully instrumented with inlet buffer, by-pass regulator, discharge flow control valve, PLC controls and winterization package.
