PDC manufactures all of it's product lines in it's fully automated ASME certified state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. By automating our manufacturing process allows us to have ultimate control over the machining, construction, quality control, production schedules and costs.

PDC has the most modern and sophisticated CNC equipment to manufacture components that can meet exacting dimensions and close tolerances required for critical applications using CAD/CAM software as well as the newest CNC machine industry tools.

Our highly experienced technicians operate 13 machines consisting of horizontal and vertical turning centers and machining centers. They can machine stainless steel, Hastelloy^®, Inconel^® and Monel^® and carbon steel. Our CNC centers are all fully programmable and are equipped with digital read-outs and 50 to 60 automatic tool changers. Parts 1/8" in diameter to 50" in diameter can be handled. Machining operations for hundreds of parts are saved electronically allowing for repeatability, reliability as well as reducing programming times, delivery schedules and costs.

PDC also has experienced welders that are certified to ASME, AWS and European PED requirements. In addition to TIG, MIG and Arc PDC also has orbital welding capabilities for sanitary, VCR and welded tubing requirements.

All parts are inspected and monitored throughout the complete manufacturing process to insure we are consistently producing high quality products. Detailed records of in-coming, in-process and final inspection are kept. Heat treatment, non-destructive examinations, are some of the processes we are involved in on a daily basis.

The use of the latest measuring techniques such as computerized coordinate measuring machine (CMM) with touch probe helps us maintain the superior quality and reliability of our products.

Quality Control is an overriding and ever-present consideration at PDC. The use of the latest measuring techniques, such as computerized coordinate measuring (CMM) and other advanced quality procedures, helps us to maintain the superior quality and reliability of our products. PDC also performs rigorous testing on each product after final assembly. Actual operating conditions are simulated as closely as possible while carefully examining all components for performance, durability and reliability.
