5 gallon conical Stirred Reactor

January 2008 through January 2010

PDC constructs stirred reactors and pressure vessels from most machinable alloys. Capacities range from 50 cc to 500 gallons (2 m3). Agitated reactor design pressures range from full vacuum to 150,000 psig (10,300 bar). Temperatures range from -400 F to 2,500 F ( -200 C to 1,400 C).

30 liter stainless steel reactor. Rated for 50 psi, 100 oC temperature. Mirror polished interior. 160" Ibs magnetic drive with gas dispersion impeller. Variable speed.Head is fixed, body can be lowered for maintenance. Rated for class 1, Div. II.
