Laboratory Scale Catalyst Evaluation System:
The system provides flexible automation for four independent catalyst reactions. The system is equipped four tubular reactors, controls and safeties for unattended operation and data collection.

Glass polymerization system with modular reaction, liquid/slurry feed, temperature control system. Units designed to fit into standard 6 ft and 8ft lab hoods.
A fully automated, continuous pilot plant consisting of stirred reactors, and custom-made distillation columns all constructed from Hastelloy. The system models a complete process including feed and product tanks, pumps, heat-exchangers, condensers, decanters, and necessary instrumentation. All instrumentation was wired to skid mounted junction boxes to ease installation.
