| These photos show a fully automated, continuous pilot plant consisting of stirred reactors, and custom-made distillation columns all constructed from Hastelloy. The system models a complete process including feed and product tanks, pumps, heat-exchangers, condensers, decanters, and necessary instrumentation. All instrumentation was wired to skid mounted junction boxes to ease instalation. The pilot plant was built for process developement. | |
