PDC Machines Goes CE, ATEX & PED to meet European Regulations

PDC Machines is the first company in the United States to manufacture diaphragm compressors in accordance with European CE, ATEX and PED regulations. These compressors will play an important role in helping Europe achieve their goals of developing widespread alternative renewable energy sources leading to a cleaner environment. As part of the European CUTE project, one compressor is operating in Madrid Spain and another is destined for Stockholm Sweden , both for refueling demonstration buses with hydrogen. A third compressor will be placed in Athens Greece will be powered by wind generated electricity.

PDC's compressors are ideal for compressing all types of gases in an ultra pure state and are environmentally safe due to their leak-tight nature. Compressors have been supplied for discharge pressures up to 60,000 Psi (4,100 bar) meeting the purity and pressures needs for the chemical, petrochemical, gas and fuel cell industries.
