Fuel cell technology

Today our expertise in hydrogen fueling is demonstrated globally with more than 200 compressors installed in variety of hydrogen energy applications.
Diaphragm compressors for 350 bar and 700 bar gas compression
PDC Machines is the leader in engineering and manufacturing practices and methods used for the production of 350 and 700 bar gas compressors. This, in part, has enabled these applications to further develop from the demonstration phase to commercialized solutions in this emerging marketplace. In addition to our 700 bar compressor options, PDC can also provide up to 1000 bar solutions for specialized applications. Flow rates from 81 to 4,000 Nm3/h are possible for fueling hydrogen fuel cell-powered vehicles.
Diaphragm compressors for material handling vehicles
PDC compressors have also found application in commercial distribution facilities. Lead/acid battery operated fork lifts and material handling vehicles are converted using fuel cell power packs which are fueled with compressed hydrogen. Here, compressor typically operate at discharge pressures to 7,500 psig (517 barg) and flow rates from 5 to 25 kg/h (50 to 280 Nm3/h).
PDC Machines’ compressors re-circulate process gases for the production of polysilicon and other solar panel coatings and substrates. They also compress gases for crystalline and thin film photovoltaic (PV) cells and modules for solar energy applications.
